Camera-Critters #130

I took this photo yesterday morning, after spending quite a long time photographing some whitetail deer. I liked the way the morning sun affected this photo. I also like the bokeh.

Since I was off work, I had all kinds of plans for yesterday as far as how many housework projects I was going to get done. In addition to feeding the dogs and bottle-feeding an orphan calf, I did dishes, cleaned the stove, and a load of laundry... then I was unable to resist the gorgeous day, and ended up fishing the rest of the day. Shame on me!

Odd, perhaps, but I didn't see any grasshoppers this summer. Thanks for posting your photo.

Great shot- did the grasshopper eat through that stalk to make it fall over?
