Camera-Critters #102

The following photos are lousy. Don't think I don't realize this. I shouldn't even be posting them. However, they are photos from my nature walks that I took yesterday when I took a mental health day from work (In other words, I took the day off cuz I've been stressed to the max).

The first two photos were taken at dawn. Therefore, they were way too dark. That bums me out, because I think they would have been pretty neat photos otherwise. I like the reflection in the first photo and the movement in the second. These geese were honking at me rather loudly. Maybe they wanted me to go away and leave them in peace. Or, maybe one of them was telling me his name was Jack Georges. Maybe...

The last photo was a result of my sorry attempt to stalk this Bluebird. I've been trying in vain to get a good photo of a Bluebird, but they are quite skittish. So, I only managed to get this Bluebird giving me the cold shoulder. *sigh*

Yes they'd have been super with a bit more light. Good try though.

They are still awesome, Misty! You can see the reflection in the second photo, and the blue jay is beautiful!

It's no wonder a blue bird is a blue bird! :D

Those geese photos would have been really awesome with a little more lighting. They're still nice, and I love the intense blue of the bluebird - cold shoulder or not.

I love the brilliant blue of the bluebird. And yes, they are skittish, just like our Western Bluebirds. I've never been able to get a good shot of one, let alone see one close enough to get a shot of...hehehe.

A cold shoulder from a blue bird is better than no shoulder :), they sure are a pretty blue, aren't they???

Thank you for visiting my blog, i do feel better. I hope you are feeling better too. :)

I agree on the Border Collie and their little quirky habits. They are such a fun breed. :)
