Last evening, I was going through my photos, and I came to this one. There's something about it. I honestly don't know what it is about it, but something about it causes me to really like this photo, even though it seems quite simple. Maybe that's it - maybe it's because it's simple... I'm not sure. I also like how the unopened buds lower down on the stem, seem to give the opened bud a 3D quality in the photo. Plus, when I look at it, it makes me daydream - I dream of walks in nature, vacations with Hubs to places like Cancun, playing with my dogs, taking photos, and fishing - Hey, I never said I wasn't weird! Anyway... something about it makes me like this photo.
