Camera-Critters #22

You know you have a very serious all-things-nature obsession when
you think this this is absolutely awesome and beautiful...

I know... right now you are thinking, "WHAT? Misty that thing is gross!"
Oh, my friends, it is actually a really awesome sight for me,
and the story that goes along with it makes it even more awesome.
I'll spare you all the details of the story.
For, most people couldn't fully appreciate and understand it.
You'd probably end up thinking I'm more crazy
than you initially thought.
I'll just say that this critter, a Robber Fly to be exact,
is one I never expected to see on my little chunk of Heaven
in The Middle of Nowhere, Turn Left at the Cow.

When I saw the Robber Fly, it was very exciting for me,
and all I could think about was getting home and showing
the shots to Bear, who has the coolest Robbery Fly shots ever.
I did take the time to shoot this critter on my way home though.
