The Haircut

In case you were wondering about the end result of the haircut, there it is. I'm not sure if I like it. It has been three days since I got it cut, and it still hasn't 'grown on me' as everyone said it would. So, I'm thinking I'll just have to let it grow back out.

Here's the funny part. All the women who have commented on my hair absolutely love it. The men who see it, well... not so much. I'm sure that's because most guys prefer long hair. My dad, who just happened to send me the Harley shirt which I'm wearing in that pic, loves long hair and will probably not be too thrilled when he sees how short my hair is now.

I just realized that I had gone on and on anticipating and deciding about the haircut. Yet, I hadn't shown you the end result yet. So, there it is.

Love.The.Haircut! Seriously, I think it looks great. Very flattering to you.

Men only think of one thing when it comes to women's hair. They can't be objective. Don't listen to them. The cut will take some getting used to, but it truly looks good.

I think it's very cute. You're right about guys and long hair. They don't really care what it looks like. They just want it to be long.

The most important thing right now is that it is easy to take care of. Is it?

The cut looks great, but I know what you mean, guys love long hair. A couple of years ago I came home with a cut similar to yours and hubby didn't talk to me for 2 weeks (he loves my hair long). I hated to admit it, but it's actually easier longer, you know you can pull it back, put it up, ponytail etc... short was always the same and required more messing with for me to get it to look right. Long I wear it as wash and go and it always seems to fall into place. Good news though is that it will grow and you'll have choices soon.

I'd be with your husband on this one, Tami. In general, longer is sexier, by a long shot. A Guy
