A Beautiful Goodnight

Yes, I realize it is Sunday and not Friday... I know it isn't Sky Watch Friday day... but, I just couldn't resist posting these now. Going for a walk and capturing photos of a beautiful sunset is such a passion and natural high for me. So, when I get some photos that I think are pretty good, I get excited and can't wait to post them. Here's to hoping I get some more sky shots before Friday ;-) (Oh, and just in case I don't, I saved the best sunset shot from tonight and didn't post it)

ooooooooooooh pretty - sometimes the sky just won't wait for Friday - do what you gotta do.

Beautiful pics - as usual! And you are so right -it would have been downright sinful if you'd have kept them out till Friday rolls around. That way, you'll have four more opportunities to get more shots of the sky between now and then!

Wow, that is beautiful. And it is all right to post sky pictures on other days than Fridays. The sky is always above us and is always showing a new and different view. You captured a beauty.

Such a wondrous way to welcome my Monday (a sunset can serve as a sunrise in the soul).

Thank you for the gift!

Geez! Your photos make me wish I was someplace where I could get such wonderful views more often. My only opportunities come around when Poor Hubby & I go for drives into Our Mountains & I bet my little point & shoot wouldn't be able to capture such fantastic images. Thanks for sharin'!

Such a beautiful sunset Misty. Great shots. We've got too many hills around here to capture sunsets like the ones you seem to get.

What gorgeous sunsets you've captured! And the animal shots are super, too! Were those racoons actually walking around in daylight? I thought they were too nocturnal for that...
